These Terms of Purchase govern all purchases of products, programs, memberships, and services (collectively, the “Products”) offered by Vibe Code Brothers. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Products & Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Product you purchased in accordance with the offer description at the time of checkout. Access may be delivered digitally and is subject to the specific terms of the Product (for example, self-paced program access or mentorship duration).
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Where payment plans are offered, you agree to pay each scheduled installment on time.
3. Refund Policy
Certain Products include a limited money-back guarantee as described on the offer page (for example, a 7-day money-back guarantee). To request a refund under an applicable guarantee, you must contact us within the stated window and meet any conditions described in the offer. Except where a guarantee expressly applies or where required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the Products.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in the immediate suspension of your access and collection of the amount owed.
5. License & Use of Materials
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Product materials for your own use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the materials without our written permission.
6. Earnings & Results Disclaimer
Any results, testimonials, or earnings examples shown are not guarantees of future performance. Individual results vary and depend on factors including effort, experience, and market conditions. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes. We do not offer financial, legal, or professional advice.
7. Cancellation of Subscriptions
If a Product is sold on a recurring basis, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancelled subscriptions remain active through the end of the current paid period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.
